Here at MeeshaLou Cosmetics, we are a bespoke cosmetic line. When products state they are in stock this means products are currently available to be sent within the next 2 working days. If products are set as "IN-STOCK with PRE-ORDER", this means orders are being processed and made to order. Pre-orders are always given and shipment date. The shipment date means that is when your palettes will be sent out. 

upon checkout our site gives you 2 shipping options. We have standard shipping and Tracked and Signed. If items arrive damage, MeeshaLou Cosmetics can replace your item if photographic evidence is provided.  

MeeshaLou Cosmetics does not replace used goods.  

MeeshaLou Cosmetics always aims to protect all of our products with high end packaging and padding to prevent any damage whilst in transit. We use a trusted and well known UK postal service under the name of "The Royal Mail. 

MeeshaLou Cosmetics ships world wide. All of the policies above apply's to worldwide shipping.

MeeshaLou Cosmetics, 

Does not accept used goods this is including any swatches and touched products. 

Any items that are damaged whilst in transit must be not used and must be remaining as they arrived, in order to be replaced. 

It is the customers responsibility to track their item if a tracking number is provided, to ensure they are available for receipt of their item. If the customer misses their delivery it also then their responsibility to retrieve their item from their local depo or post office. 

(Shipping providers are responsible for your items and their team of friendly staff are the best people to speak to re-collect your item, should this occur.)

When filling in your chosen postal address upon checkout, it is mandatory that you fill in your "full" and "correct" shipping details. If you provide the incorrect shipment details, your parcel will be returned to us, upon the postal service not being able to provide you with your parcel . When this accurs it is the customer's must provide a payment for re-shipment. responsibility to provide the correct details. 
MeeshaLou Cosmetics would be happy to re-send your items if the buyer provides a payment for the shipment fee, as the fee that has already been payed for shipment has already been used. MeeshaLou Cosmetics would also have to have all the correct address details in order to for-fill this service.
