SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HOW IT WORKS
Here at MeeshaLou Cosmetics Ltd, we are a bespoke cosmetic line. When products state they are in stock this means products are currently available to be sent within the next 2 working days. If products are set as "IN-STOCK with PRE-ORDER", this means orders are being processed and made to order. Pre-orders are always given and shipment date. The shipment date means that is when your palettes will be sent out.
upon checkout our site gives you a number of options to select for shipping. we have regular standard shipping to insured tracked and signed. "INSURED, Tracked and signed", means you are covered for any damage to your products whilst in transit.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics Ltd does not cover or replace damage goods if the consumer does not select the "INSURED" shipping option.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics are not responsible for any damage accrued whilst in transit if the consumer has not paid for our "INSURED" service.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics Ltd always aims to protect all of our products with plenty of packaging and padding to prevent any damage whilst in transit, and we only use a trusted and well known UK postal service.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics is happy to replace any damaged goods, with tracked and signed delivery if the consumer has paid for the "insured" shipping option.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics does not re-place and damaged or used goods, that are not insured.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics ships world wide. All of the policies above apply's to worldwide shipping.

CORRECT SHIPMENT DETAILS
When filling in your chosen postal address upon checkout, it is mandatory that you fill in your "full" and "correct" shipping details. If you provide the incorrect shipment details, your parcel will be returned to us, upon the postal service not being able to provide you with your parcel . When this accrues it is is not MeeshaLou Cosmetics Ltd re-responsibility to re-send your parcel free of charge as it is the buyer responsibility to provide the correct details.
MeeshaLou Cosmetics would be happy to re-send your items if the buyer provides a payment for the shipment fee, as the fee that has already been payed for shipment has already been used. MeeshaLou Cosmetics would also have to have all the correct address details in order to for-fill this service.
